Realistic Instrument Voices
The model provides a wide selection of amazingly authentic voices,
created with Yamaha's famed AWM (Advanced Wave Memory)
system.
Dynamic Rhythm Patterns and Versatile Automatic Accompaniment
Actual drum and percussion sounds are used for the sophisticated
rhythm sections of the Electones. Combined with the comprehensive
automatic accompaniment functions, they give you a broad variety of
rhythm patterns and backing bass and chord patterns for playing in
virtually any style of music.
Convenient Registration Buttons
Allow you to instantly change all settings for the entire
instrument including voices, rhythms, effects, and other
functions in real time, as you play.
Extensive Performance Features
Auto Bass Chord, which automatically adds matching bass lines and
chord voicing to your rhythm-accompanied. The Melody On Chord
function works to orchestrate your performance; it automatically
transforms upper keyboard melodies into harmonies that perfectly
follow the chords you play on the lower keyboard.
Flexible Connection Terminals
A stereo headphone output, and auxiliary outputs let you drive an
external stereo system. You can also connect these terminals into
external recording equipment like a tape deck or CD-burner.
MIDI
Features MIDI In and Out terminals for connection with other
digital musical instruments, MIDI recording equipment, or even a
computer for recording or score notation purposes.
